How to see Github issues assigned to an individual user

We’ve been using Github to manage our trackers for Camperoo for a few months now. It gets the job done, but it’s a very barebones issue tracker. Unfortunately, in some regards, it’s a little *too* barebones. For example, you can easily see all the issues that are assigned to you, but there is no easy way to see all the issues that are assigned to someone else. If you’re the one managing / leading a project, like I am, this is essential.

One way to do it is to just go to the URL bar (click to enlarge):
